Lots of memories inside those walls, at least for me as a visiting nephew. Another daughter wants to buy it and live there forever. Another daughter I hope will return some day and try to find herself there. Another daughter grew strong there.

I know it built me. Sometimes I'm not sure I like what it put into me and other times I would not trade it for the world.

Thanks for this though.Barbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04357293290630832549noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-246437973827092428.post-74452747957364023382011-07-03T16:41:46.160-04:002011-07-03T16:41:46.160-04:00That's how it was when my parents sold their h...That's how it was when my parents sold their house of 33 years two years ago. We all grew up there...and it was surreal and melancholy, even if the sale was a good thing.

I wrote a post about all the memories, a lot like this one. My mom sent it to the new owners (a young family) and they printed it and hung it on the wall for awhile. They were very appreciative of our memories there.Erinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01067954787472463337noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-246437973827092428.post-9423622121442494062011-07-03T11:30:59.093-04:002011-07-03T11:30:59.093-04:00Memories are some of out most precious gifts.
