I think this quote by Bonhoffer posted by a friend the other day sums up what I have thought about this week.

I read a similar quote in Michael Frost's book "Exiles." I think it is a profound statement.
Any time we love something other than God and others we are off the mark.
Thanks for the quote.....it is a good reminder of where our focus needs to be concerning people and community.
Oh, goodness, yes. Isn't it amazing how just centreing ourselves 1 degree off God stuffs everything up?
PS: Great article in PDL this month, Barbara :) Sometimes, when I'm feeling 15 years old, I think I would like to start up a "ministry" of going around to church buildings and touching the Lord's anointed ;)
